The Pre-Rinse Water Tank is used in the initial stage of the CIP (Clean-in-Place) process to store water used for rinsing residual product from the processing equipment. This step helps prepare the system for effective chemical cleaning. Built from high-grade stainless steel, the tank is hygienic, corrosion-resistant, and designed for efficient water circulation and drainage.

The Acid Tank is designed to store acidic cleaning solutions used in the CIP process to dissolve mineral deposits and scale build-up. It ensures effective descaling and microbial control in pipelines and processing systems. Constructed from corrosion-resistant stainless steel, the tank includes proper venting, insulation, and automated level control options.

The Hot Water Tank supplies heated water for final rinsing in the CIP cycle, ensuring complete removal of cleaning agents and maintaining hygienic standards. It also aids in sterilizing equipment after chemical cleaning. Made from food-grade stainless steel, the tank features insulation, safety valves, and temperature control for reliable and safe operation.
